You are in fact not.  With the guest certificate provided by the resort, all liability is transferred from you to the renter. As a vacation property owner partnering with us, you are not responsible for any damages or harm caused by tenants staying in your property. Our program ensures that tenants take full responsibility for any issues or damages, giving you the peace of mind and confidence you need to participate in our initiative.

You're allowed a minimum of 4 and a max of 6. Anything beyond six would be considered commercial and taxable. 

The initial payment to activate your banked time represents the lowest possible fee, often known as the "rack rate," set by your exchange company. It's important to note that these are not weeks you own but rather deeply discounted weeks offered to vacation owners who wish to take advantage of them.

By making this upfront payment, you enable us to work with your exchange company to make your banked time available to corporate clients who have already shown interest in the inventory.
